Your Privacy Rights/ California’s Shine the Light Law.
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.

Information We Collect

If you provide credit card or other authorized payment method information to REME, you authorize REME, or a credit card processor of its choosing to receive appropriate billing information, bill such credit card or to make such charges as applicable
REME does not wish to collect any Personal Information (or any information at all) from any persons under 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use the Website.
Reviewing and Updating Your Information
Please note that you are solely responsible for updating your Personal Information and to provide REME with your most current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided REME is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of receiving the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice.

The Website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. You will need to check the policy statement of these other websites to understand their policies and make sure that you agree to these other policies before conducting business through these other websites. When you access a linked site you may be disclosing private information. It is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential.
